Anger Management Series
Welcome to the anger management series.
This series was inspired after observing the unrest and manifested anger in my country and within my own family. These practices are meant to support you in moments of rage, and to provide a guideline for you to develop skills needed to temper anger and clarify your cause.
You can listen to them in any order you choose. Developing a routine practice is key. The recordings are meant to be replayed. The more consistent you are with doing them, the more they will become your nature. These guided meditations are suggestions.
If anything I ask of you becomes too much or has you feeling unsafe, please turn them off and take a walk or engage in something that gives you space and comfort. Sometimes there is deep seated trauma beneath the anger, if you suspect this is you, I encourage you to continue this journey by seeking additional support and guidance from a certified therapist or counselor.
